Beach and pools

Salt water or fresh water? You choose, but there is no rush

Leave your watch behind; you won't need it here. The best idea is to relax and use the sun as your guide. You won't be able to resist lounging, in the sun or the shade, in the delightful deckchairs around the magnificent pool with spectacular views over the sea. You can also enjoy the stimulating sensation of a dip in the swimming pool or the crystal-clear waters of a beach straight from a film set, Cala Esmeralda, just 50m away. And if you prefer, use our private access to the sea from our beach club and submerge your self in the intense blue of the Mediterranean Sea. Fresh water or salt water? Give your body whatever it asks for; it is sure to be just what you need.

Cala Mondragó Mediterranean paradise
Cala Mondragó, or also often called sa Font d’en Alis, is a beautiful beach of fine white sand located in an environment of great ecological value, within the natural park of Mondragó, near Santanyi south of the island.   Cala Mondragó is framed in a wild place, surrounded by pine forests, with a fine white sand and incredibly clear and turquoise waterswe find the unspoiled Playa S’Amarador, which is also part of the Área Natural de Especial Interés. This beach is easily accessibleand has good services, several bars, rental of umbrellas and hammocks, showers, picnic areas, and a playground in the shade. For all that, Cala Mondragó has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union. Its waters are shallow making it an ideal place to go with your family.     Next to Cala Mondragó, we find Humedal de Ses Font de n’Alis, and it is there we find the path along the sea that leads directly to Playa de S’Amarador, an almost pristine beach without buildings, and less crowded than its neighbor, but with incredibly clear waters and well secure environment that will leave us speechless. This beach is the starting point of several routes along the coast where you can enjoy several viewpoints. Some tours are offered that will take 30 or 40 minutes through paths bordering this fantastic rugged coastline where we can appreciate the beauty of the Mediterranean.     How to get to Cala Mondragó ? Take the Palma-Portopetro highway to S’Alqueria Blanca. Follow the signs to Parque Natural de Mondragó. If you do not have your own car, you can reach the beach in the tourist train from Cala d’Or.
