As COVID-19 spreads at a very rapid rate, we want to inform you on how we are addressing this unprecedented challenge.We are taking the utmost care to protect our teams, guests and our community. As a family and local company that we are, we send our support to any affected family and we ask that you take the necessary precautions to keep them safe.We were surprised by the crisis with our hotel Inturotel Cala Esmeralda open, so we are now in the process of closing this hotel, which will take effect at the moment when the last guests can travel safely to their habitual residence.We strongly recommend all Guests with a reservation at Inturotel Cala Esmeralda from today 15th March, DO NOT go to the hotel and contact reservas@inturotel.com where we will offer you the best possible alternatives for your reservation.During this week we have intensified the disinfection of all areas of the hotel, recommending to maintain safe distances between our clients and employees and as of today March 15 we urge our guests not to move outside the hotel except for strictly necessary reasons (travel to the airport, pharmacy, food store, visit health center ...)The reopening of this hotel will be when the authorities allow it.We take this opportunity to thank all our guests for understanding and knowing how to be during these exceptional moments.With great regret, the opening of the following hotels may also suffer modifications:Inturotel Esmeralda ParkInturotel Sa MarinaInturotel Cala AzulInturotel Azul GardenInturotel Esmeralda VillasThese hotels that were due to open on April 3rd can probably see their opening date altered. Its compliance will be subject to the authorities having lifted restrictions on the free movement of people and that we can carry out our activity safely for our customers and employees.All Guests with non-refundable rate reservations with arrival dates in the period March 16th to May 14th incl. for any hotel in the company, can modify their travel dates for the contracted amount and without modification cost. They may also make a reservation for an amount higher than the original, always paying the difference. If you wish so, a free refund is also offered (in case of opting for a refund, this will be made on the scheduled day of your original departure). The dates in which you can enjoy this new reservation may be in 2020 or 2021. Please contact reservas@inturotel.com where we will assist you with the changes.Please do not saturate our telephone lines since during the next weeks we will be with minimum staff. In a few weeks we think that we will be able to attend to you as normal.We regret the inconvenience that this may have caused you, but we know that you will understand that this is an extraordinary situation and of vitally important measures to reduce the rate of spread and thus prevent the collapse of our health system.
