Our aim is for this website to provide information about stays in Inturotel hotels, such as the availability of rooms and rates, which you may use to make your reservation directly at the hotel of your choice.
The use of this website and the services and products it offers implies the acceptance of the latest version of the general conditions of use. Thus, we advise you to read these conditions before completing your reservation whenever you access our website, as "the site" reserves the right to change, modify, add or eliminate any part of these general conditions at any time.
LEGAL REGULATIONS
These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Act 7/1998 of April 13 on General Contractual Conditions, Act 26/1984 of July 19, the General Directive for the Defense of Consumers and Users 97/7/EEC of May 20, 1997 applicable to contracts made via the Internet between consumers and suppliers, Act 7/1996, of January 15 on Retailers, Organic Act 15/1999 on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and the corresponding regulations contained therein and Act 34/2002 of July 11 on Services in the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and all the applicable tourism regulations and, secondarily, the Civil Code and Business Code. Users make use of this website at their own risk, therefore, INTUROTEL SERVIGESTIÓN, A.I.E. is not responsible for any possible damage arising from interference, interruption, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections due to reasons beyond the control of the abovementioned company; for delays or blockage in the use of this electronic system caused by defects or overloads at its data processing centre, in telephone lines, the Internet or other electric systems, nor any other alteration that may arise in users' software or hardware.
Likewise, INTUROTEL SERVIGESTIÓN, A.I.E. is not responsible for damages caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond our control. Neither is it liable for loss or damage caused by the use or misuse of the website's content nor the consequences that may arise from errors, defects or omissions in the content provided by third parties, which may appear on the site. Under no circumstance does access to the site imply the existence of a commercial relationship between users and INTUROTEL SERVIGESTIÓN, A.I.E. The site only provides information on available hotel beds at the time of this information is requested, thus, INTUROTEL SERVIGESTIÓN, A.I.E. shall collect the payment in advance, and the company that operates the contracted hotel is responsible for charging the amount corresponding to the total amount of the reservation. The printed version of the reservation shall serve as a voucher when checking in at the hotel.
INTUROTEL SERVIGESTIÓN, A.I.E. reserves the right to change, modify, add or eliminate at any time the information shown on the website, thus we recommend you check this website periodically for any changes that may have been made.
As regard content beyond our control, the site does not assume any responsibility whatsoever arising from content beyond our control that is transmitted, hosted or provided by access from the website, as it is not obliged to exert prior control whenever a link complies with the laws in force. Neither does it guarantee the absence of viruses or any other element that may produce alterations in users' computer systems, documents or files, and is free from any responsible for loss or damage of any kind caused to users due to the above reason.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations made at a hotel through this website imply acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:
1) That you are of legal age and fully competent to book the reservation and declare that you understand and comprehend all of the conditions contained herein.
2) That the information provided when making the on-line reservation is true, complete and concise.
3) That users are responsible for access to this website.
4) That you confirm the reservation made, i.e., the dates indicated, the number of rooms, persons and hotel of choice.
5) That the conditions and cost of the reservation made are those determined expressly in the conditions for the rate stated expressly on the website at which you made the reservation.
6) As regards the relationship with the site, the latter allows you to reserve rooms at the hotel of choice through the website, but does not offer any type of hotel service under its responsibility.
7) That the information on your credit or charge card is stored for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation and payment of the corresponding 20% deposit, if applicable. The remaining payment shall be paid at the hotel of choice and only in cases of cancellations or no shows shall the reservation be cancelled and the charge established in the conditions for rates be levied.
8) Offers shall only be valid for the time during which they remain accessible to the users of the service.
9) If for reasons of poor performance or technical failure of the website, an erroneous price or availability is provided, the hotel reserves the right to non-acceptance of the reservation by notifying it to the customer within a period not exceeding 96 hours.
SPECIFIC RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Changes, cancellations and no-shows:
a) Changes: The reservation may be changed without charge if made more than 7 days in advance. CHANGES MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE FORESEEN CHECK-IN DATE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO charges equal to the difference in amounts whenever the amount of the new reservation is less than the original amount, up to a maximum of 10% of the total price of the original reservation. Whether changes can be made or not shall depend on INTUROTEL's availability at the time of the request.
b) Cancellations: INTUROTEL reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for the amount of 18€, as cancellation charge, whenever a guest cancels the reservation prior to the 7 days before the anticipated date of arrival at the hotel.
If a cancellation is made without the due notice, INTUROTEL reserves the right to charge a sum corresponding to 10% of the total reservation price or minimum the value of 1st night to the client's credit card.
c) No shows: INTUROTEL reserves the right to charge the client's credit card to the sum of 100% of the total payable for the reservation in case of a no-show at the establishment before 12:00 noon on the day following the anticipated check-in date.
d) Special rates, will be able to have different amendment or cancellation costs than the regular ones mentioned above, which will be clearly specified on the chosen rate.
